"This is one moreish square of chocolate. Here you have a rich dark chocolate with notes of raisins and plums, studded with juicy raisins and freshly roasted hazelnuts with their soft round flavour.
It is artisan chocolate craft made from a remarkable single estate Piura criollo bean from Chulucanas in Peru. This bean holds a special place in my heart, not just because Peru was the first South American country I visited, but because it makes quite simply, wonderful chocolate.
