• Letterbox Gifts: These are sent via standard mail and are designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox—no signature required!

Once your gift has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

For our larger gift boxes, the courier will typically leave a "something for you" card or attempt delivery to a neighbour. Our Letterbox Friendly range is specifically designed to be delivered even if the recipient is out.

It’s simple: you earn points for every £1 spent. You can also earn points for following us on social media or celebrating a birthday. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

Log in to your account on our website and click the "Rewards" icon in the bottom corner of the screen to see your current balance and available rewards.

Points remain active as long as you make at least one purchase every 12 months.

Due to the curated and often perishable nature of our gift boxes (such as food and skincare), we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days and we will do our best to help.

We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@ariaelcreatives.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund immediately.

Items within our "Ready to Go" boxes are fixed and cannot be exchanged for other items. If you would like specific items, we recommend using our "Build Your Own" box feature.

Our Ready to Go boxes are expertly curated by our team for specific occasions and are ready for immediate dispatch. Build Your Own allows you to hand-pick every item to create a completely custom gift tailored to your recipient’s taste.

Yes! Every gift box includes a complimentary note card. You can write your message at the checkout, and we will hand-write or print it beautifully for the recipient.

As we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, please contact us within one hour of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or amend it.
