The combination of steam with botanicals will cleanse the skin, remove impurities, hydrate and promote circulation. Place a small handful of petals in a basin and cover with boiling water. Drape a towel over your head and place your face near the bowl being careful not to touch the bowl or water, as it will be very hot.
Allow the towel to cover the bowl to trap the steam.
Steam your face for 5-10 minutes. Always steam with a clean face, and apply moisturiser afterwards.
